Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. The item should also be returned with its original packaging, tags, accessories, and proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:

Final sale items
Used, damaged, washed, or altered items
Items without original packaging or tags
Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear
Return Process
To request a return, please contact us by email before sending the item back.

Please include your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions if your return is approved.
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by our error, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. EKOI is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or item, please contact us first. Exchanges depend on product availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order number. We will help resolve the issue.
